Position Summary

This role is designed for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in Cloud Computing and DevOps Engineering. You will support enterprise cloud operations while learning industry best practices in Azure, AWS, CI/CD, and IT operations under expert mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure and AWS cloud resources

- Support user access management including creation, modification, and deletion

- Observe and document troubleshooting of basic cloud issues (VM failures, quota limits)

- Participate in cloud deployment processes and DevOps workflows

- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guides

- Perform daily health checks using monitoring dashboards and alerts

- Learn and execute basic CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation jobs

- Attend regular trainings and actively seek mentorship

- Report incidents, risks, and unusual findings promptly

Required Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of cloud computing fundamentals (compute, storage, networking)

- Interest in AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms

- Awareness of DevOps concepts, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

- Understanding of security auditing, access controls, and compliance basics

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Good written and spoken English communication

- Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and structured processes

- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new technologies

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Experience

- 0–1 year of experience (internships, certifications, or academic projects acceptable)

- Exposure to cloud platforms, scripting, or DevOps tools is an advantage

- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
