Position Summary

Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is hiring freshers for the role of Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer – Analyst. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise cloud operations, DevOps fundamentals, cloud automation basics, and IT service delivery aligned with high-value global markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and Australia.

Work You’ll Do

- Support day-to-day cloud and DevOps activities

- Learn foundational cloud computing concepts: servers, networking, storage, IAM

- Assist with configuration and monitoring of Azure and AWS cloud resources

- Handle user access activities (create/modify/delete cloud access)

- Observe and document troubleshooting for basic cloud issues (VM failures, quota limits)

- Assist in cloud deployment processes and attend project meetings

- Maintain documentation such as runbooks, FAQs, installation guides

- Perform daily cloud health checks using dashboards, alerts, and simple automation scripts

- Practice DevOps basics: sample CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, automation jobs

- Participate in internal training and mentorship programs

- Report unusual findings or cloud incidents to senior team members

Required Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts

- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud consoles

- Strong interest in learning DevOps tools, scripting, and cloud technologies

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and documentation standards

- Analytical mindset with basic troubleshooting abilities

- Knowledge of cloud security auditing basics (advantage)

- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

Experience

- 0–1 years (internships, cloud certifications, or project work is a plus)

- Freshers highly encouraged to apply
