Role Overview

As a Learning Support Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting Deloitte’s global teams with learning content, catalog management, and e-learning deployments. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, handling queries, and supporting global learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage learning catalog activities (add, update, retire courses).

- Deploy e-learning content and troubleshoot content-related issues.

- Test learning packages and provide quality validation.

- Respond to queries from global teams and Deloitte Learning Mailbox.

- Collaborate with global technology teams for issue resolution.

- Participate in process improvements and re-engineering initiatives.
