Job Description – Java Developer (Fresher)

As a Java Developer, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based web applications

- Work with Agile/Scrum teams to plan and execute development sprints

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and design teams for continuous delivery

- Use Git/GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines for deployment

- Participate in code reviews and documentation

- Apply problem-solving and debugging skills to real-world applications

Skills & Technical Requirements

- Programming Language: Java (Core & Advanced)

- Version Control: Git, GitHub

- DevOps Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

- Frameworks/Concepts: Spring Boot (preferred), REST APIs

- Optional Knowledge: Kubernetes or containerized deployments

- Bonus: Experience or academic projects in HR, ERP, or enterprise systems

- Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT)

- Experience: 0–1 year (freshers encouraged to apply)
