About the Role

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Pune. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build their expertise in Cloud Platforms, CI/CD Automation, and Infrastructure Security.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing scalable cloud environments, container orchestration, monitoring systems, and ensuring infrastructure reliability for global clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia, and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Build and orchestrate containers using Docker & Kubernetes.

- Configure NGINX & AWS ALB for high-availability load balancing.

- Implement CDN strategies (Cloudflare / CloudFront) for performance optimization.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

- Set up monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

- Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to automate deployments and streamline processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of NGINX, Load Balancing, and ALB (Application Load Balancer).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

- Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

- Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new DevOps tools & practices.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in collaborative teams.
