About the Role

We are expanding our Cloud Operations team and looking for skilled AWS CloudOps Engineers with hands-on expertise in AWS infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and NOC/SOC operations. This role is ideal for professionals who want to build their careers in cloud support, automation, and enterprise-grade AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor AWS infrastructure using CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, and OpsGenie

- Provide first-level incident response and execute remediation actions

- Support SOC operations – security alerts, compliance, and AWS support tickets

- Collaborate with CloudOps, DevOps, and Security teams for escalations and issue resolution

- Execute playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring incidents

- Maintain SLA compliance, documentation, and proactive customer communication

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in CloudOps, NOC, or SOC roles

- Strong knowledge of Linux & Windows administration

- Hands-on with AWS Services – EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch

- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools – Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus

- Basic scripting with Bash and Python

- Exposure to containerized environments – Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/KBS)

- Excellent English communication skills

- Flexibility to work night shifts and rotational weekends
