JOB OVERVIEW:

NTT DATA is hiring Graduate Trainees – Data & AI for its Mumbai location. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in Data, AI-driven business operations, and enterprise services. You will work under the guidance of senior professionals and gain hands-on exposure to real-world business and technology environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gain practical knowledge and experience in Data & AI-related business functions

- Support senior team members in daily operational and administrative activities

- Assist in client engagement and contribute to overall team success

- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, manage logistics, filing, and record keeping

- Prepare, review, and distribute reports ensuring data accuracy

- Identify errors or discrepancies and investigate or escalate for resolution

- Provide basic client support and maintain logs of queries

- Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of reports

- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations

- Take ownership of assigned business-focused projects and propose ideas or solutions

ELIGIBILITY / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline

- Relevant experience is desirable but not mandatory

- Exposure to working with internal or external stakeholders is a plus
