Job Details

- Role: AWS Cloud Support Engineer (L1)

- Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah

- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with AWS Certification welcome)

- Shift: Rotational (24x7 Support)

- Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor AWS environments with CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk.

- Respond to alerts and perform first-level troubleshooting.

- Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams when required.

- Support maintenance, patching & upgrades.

- Ensure security and compliance policies are followed.

Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch).

- Understanding of IT infrastructure (OS, Networking, Storage, Security).

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good English communication (Arabic is a plus).

- AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect – Associate) is an advantage.
