About the Role

Infobahn India is actively hiring for the position of L1 AWS Cloud Support Engineer to provide first-line technical assistance for our managed cloud services.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career engineers to build a solid foundation in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and start a professional journey toward roles like Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Administrator.

If you are passionate about cloud computing, networking, and IT infrastructure, this opportunity offers hands-on experience with enterprise-grade AWS environments used across India, the USA, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for customer issues via email, chat, and phone.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM).

- Monitor cloud environments, respond to alerts, and perform corrective actions.

- Manage and track incidents using ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow.

- Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation.

- Contribute to internal knowledge base and technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

- Foundational understanding of AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).

- Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows Server environments.

- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals – DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell) is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced cloud support environment.

Education & Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply).

- Applicants must be based in Mumbai, India.
