Job Description Summary

You will be a key team member in a cross-functional segment team responsible for interfacing between Development and Global Operations, leading supplier deliverables across the product lifecycle including New Product Introduction (NPI) and Installed Base support.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for all supply chain matters related to NPI and Installed Base.

- Collaborate early in NPI to ensure strategic supplier selection and optimized component specs.

- Align Engineering, Sourcing, and Production goals during New Product Introductions.

- Drive cost productivity initiatives (VCP) and functional cost targets (ICV).

- Interface with Global Commodity Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams to support product roadmaps.

- Ensure technology alignment across suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing functions.

- Contribute to product simplification strategies and quality optimization initiatives.

Basic Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Electronics or related engineering discipline.

- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Good understanding of supply chain and quality processes

- Knowledge in standardization and cost reduction strategies
