Key Responsibilities
- Log customer/vendor issues in ticketing tools with proper documentation
- Dispatch metro-based field technicians and manage site access rosters
- Conduct root cause analysis and follow up for resolutions
- Maintain and update knowledge databases and service desk procedures
- Perform incident escalation and reporting
- Assist in report preparation and client presentations
- Support incident follow-up and customer satisfaction calls
- Identify improvement areas and suggest process changes
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for issue resolution

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of customer support, tech operations, or project coordination
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., assigning/updating/escalating tickets)
- Good documentation and data entry skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to rotational shifts and changing environments
