Key Responsibilities

- Provide inbound and outbound voice-based technical support to domestic and international customers.

- Establish rapport with customers through clear, confident, and professional communication.

- Focus on customer satisfaction and strive for first-time resolution of issues.

- Collaborate with the technical team for quicker resolution of complex issues.

- Work closely with the technical content/documentation team to identify and fill gaps in the help modules and product guides.

- Ensure proper logging and tracking of customer issues.

- Maintain high standards of customer experience and technical troubleshooting.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude.

- Ability to troubleshoot basic software and product-related issues.

- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
