Through the SIM program, Diploma graduates can earn a B.Tech in Information Systems from a Government of India “Institute of Eminence” (IoE) university — fully sponsored by Wipro — while gaining real-time work experience as a full-time employee.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- 10th Standard: Pass

- 12th Standard: Pass

- Diploma (Full-Time) with minimum 50% aggregate in one of the following streams:

- Computer Science / IT

- Electronics / Telecommunication

- Computer Engineering

- Electrical & Electronics

- Electronics and Communication

- Computer Technology / Science and Technology

Passing Years: 2024 or 2025

Other Conditions:

- Maximum 3-year education gap allowed between 10th and Diploma start.

- Core Mathematics mandatory in Diploma. (Applied/Business Maths not accepted.)

- Open school or distance mode allowed only for 10th/12th, not for Diploma.

- Maximum of one active backlog permitted during selection.

- Must be 18 years or above at onboarding.

- Indian citizens, or holders of PIO/OCI cards are eligible.

- Candidates who participated in any Wipro hiring drive within the last 3 months are not eligible.

Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes)

- Verbal Ability – 20 Questions (20 Mins)

- Analytical Skills – 20 Questions (20 Mins)

- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Questions (20 Mins)

- Written Communication Test – 20 Mins

Round 2: Voice Assessment

Round 3: Business Discussion

Round 4: Pre-Skilling Training

Service Agreement

Duration: 48 Months (4 Years)

Candidates leaving before completion will be liable to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
