Role Details

Position: DevOps Engineer (Junior / Associate)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Configure and manage services like Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and GKE

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines

- Automate deployments and infrastructure processes

- Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability

- Manage staging and production environments

- Optimize cloud cost and resource usage

- Implement security and access control (IAM roles)

- Collaborate with development teams for faster release cycles

Technical Skills Required

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Understanding of cloud architecture and networking

- Knowledge of IAM roles and cloud security basics

DevOps & Automation

- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins)

- Docker (containerization) experience

- Basic Kubernetes knowledge (GKE preferred)

- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

Programming & Tools

- Strong knowledge of Git version control

- Scripting using Bash / Shell

- Basic Python knowledge (optional but preferred)

- Understanding of monitoring tools and YAML configurations

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

- 1–3 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure

- Experience working in Agile environments

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
