Vearc is hiring a Network Engineer Intern to support IT infrastructure, computer networking, hardware setup, and day-to-day technical operations in Bengaluru, India.

You will help employees resolve technical issues, configure laptops and hardware, troubleshoot network connectivity, maintain IT assets, and support workplace technology.

Key Responsibilities

Laptop & Hardware Setup

- Assist with laptop setup, configuration, and deployment.

- Support hardware installation and basic system configuration.

- Troubleshoot common computer hardware issues.

- Help prepare devices for new employees.

Network & Wi-Fi Troubleshooting

- Assist with diagnosing network connectivity issues.

- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and basic networking problems.

- Support reliable network access for employees.

- Escalate complex network issues to the appropriate technical teams.

IT Asset Management

- Maintain records of IT assets and equipment.

- Assist with tracking laptops, peripherals, and other IT hardware.

- Support inventory management and equipment allocation.

- Help maintain accurate IT asset documentation.

Employee IT Support

- Provide basic technical support to employees.

- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Assist employees with day-to-day IT requirements.

- Document issues and resolutions when necessary.

Printers, Peripherals & Meeting Room Technology

- Configure and troubleshoot printers and computer peripherals.

- Assist with meeting room technology setup.

- Support audio-visual equipment and connectivity.

- Help ensure workplace technology is operational and ready for use.

Vendor Coordination & IT Operations

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and IT service requirements.

- Assist with routine IT operational activities.

- Support equipment maintenance and issue resolution.

- Follow established IT procedures and documentation practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.

- Familiarity with network connectivity and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
