Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will be part of our R&D Mechanical Engineering team (GTSC Mechanical), supporting product development from design to validation while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform engineering tasks in line with Discipline Development Plans.

- Review internal and customer requirements, specifications, and standards.

- Support robust design, validation, and integration of product components.

- Follow standardization and design rules to ensure consistency.

- Contribute to design simulations, coding, and validation activities.

- Support calculations, statistical/worst-case analysis, and thermal studies.

- Assist with discipline-level testing and verification.

- Report task progress and escalate risks when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Production/Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).

- Strong foundation in engineering design, validation, and product development.

- Familiarity with CAD tools, design rules, and simulation techniques.

- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, international team environment.
