What Success Looks Like in This Role:

- Work effectively as a team member.

- Handle customer contacts and unresolved customer feedback (UCFs) with support.

- Work in virtual teams across locations.

- Participate in innovation activities and help with creating internal knowledge documents.

Required Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

- No prior experience required (internship/co-op preferred)

- Understanding of basic engineering principles

- Ability to work in cross-functional global teams

- Effective task-level communication

- Strong teamwork orientation

- Excellent written and spoken English
