About the Role

Technource is hiring a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our global software development team. This role involves building, automating, and optimizing cloud-native deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps infrastructure for clients across industries such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, Web, and Mobile Applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Bitbucket Pipelines.

- Architect and deploy AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Route53, CloudFront).

- Work with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker for containerization, scaling, and orchestration.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and enable GitOps automation.

- Monitor applications using Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, ELK/EFK stack.

- Ensure security, networking, and compliance across deployments (TLS/SSL, IAM policies, VPN, Firewalls).

- Automate infrastructure tasks using Bash and Python scripting.

- Define and maintain backup strategies, cost optimization, and disaster recovery (DR) plans.

Skills & Experience Required

- 1 – 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.

- Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, with working knowledge of Azure & GCP.

- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (EKS).

- Deep understanding of Linux Administration & Networking.

- Hands-on scripting with Python, Bash.

- Strong knowledge of Monitoring & Logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, ELK).

- Version Control expertise (Git, GitFlow, trunk-based development).

- Excellent collaboration and professional English communication skills for global client interaction.
