About the Role

As a Graduate Trainee – P&C Digital Products, you will work with the Digi team at Technip Energies, supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and digital HR transformation initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes, enterprise systems, and global operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and gain hands-on knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud

- Support developers during SIT testing and validations

- Assist in managing manual HR processes and improving efficiency

- Support end-to-end Hire to Retire lifecycle

- Participate in support and operational activities

- Collaborate with employees and cross-functional HR/IT teams

- Utilize online learning platforms to build technical and functional skills

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate degree: B.Com / BBA / B.Tech

- 0–1 year experience or fresh graduate

- Good verbal & written communication skills

- Strong aptitude and analytical thinking

- Highly motivated with eagerness to learn
