Techanek is Hiring Fresher DevOps Engineer (0–2 Years Experience)

Techanek is hiring a DevOps Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join its engineering team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals interested in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

You will work alongside experienced DevOps and Cloud Engineers to build, deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable cloud platforms and production infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience with modern DevOps and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for development teams.

- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure.

- Help manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Monitor applications and infrastructure using observability, monitoring, and logging tools.

- Collaborate with software developers to improve deployment reliability and release processes.

- Participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis (RCA).

- Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.

- Learn and implement DevOps best practices under senior engineer guidance.

- Contribute to improving platform reliability, scalability, security, and automation.

Required Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Basic understanding of Linux systems and command-line operations.

- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software deployment workflows.

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and SSH.

- Basic understanding of Docker and containerization.

- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

- Basic scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools is beneficial.
