Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years
- Qualification:
BE / B.Tech (Computer Science, E&TC preferred)
MCA, MCM, BCA, BSc
Required Technical Skills
- IT Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Windows OS, Microsoft O365
- Active Directory (User Management, Password Reset)
- Networking Basics (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP)
- ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Remedy – basic knowledge)
- ITIL Fundamentals
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1.5 / Level 2 technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot system, application, and network-related issues
- Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations
- Follow ITIL processes and SLAs
- Communicate effectively with users and internal teams
