Scope of the Role

- Individual contributor role

- No direct reports

- Exposure to cross-functional teams and real business operations

Key Responsibilities

- Work across different functional areas during the 12-month apprenticeship

- Actively participate in day-to-day business operations and live projects

- Assist within the assigned department while gaining exposure to other business units

- Develop professional competencies, technical skills, and business understanding

- Prepare presentations, evaluations, and assessments as assigned

- Attend all training sessions, workshops, and information programs

- Accept, implement, and act upon feedback from mentors and leaders

- Collaborate with teams to understand organizational workflows and objectives

Eligibility Criteria – Education & Experience

- Full-time graduates with First Class throughout academics, including graduation

- Graduation streams include:

- Computer Science

- Information Technology

- Cyber Security

- Business Administration

- Marketing

- Accounting

- Related Business or STEM fields

- Candidates must have:

- Cleared each semester/year in the first attempt only

- No academic backlogs

- Final-year engineering candidates must have appeared for final exams in the year of selection

- Graduation completion should not exceed 3 years at the time of application
