Role Details

Position: Technical Support & DevOps Intern

Location: Bangalore (Global Technology Park, Bellandur)

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days/Week)

Shift: 24x7 Environment (PST / Rotational Shifts)

Job Type: Full-Time Internship

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 technical support for applications and systems

- Debug and troubleshoot application and system issues

- Monitor data pipelines and workflows to ensure smooth operations

- Support DevOps and IT operations for system reliability and uptime

- Participate in 24x7 support environment with rotational shifts

- Document incidents and assist in issue resolution and escalation

- Communicate with customers and resolve basic technical queries

- Collaborate with engineering and support teams

Technical Skills Required

- Basic understanding of application debugging and troubleshooting

- Familiarity with system monitoring and operational support

- Exposure to DevOps concepts, cloud environments, or data pipelines (preferred)

- Understanding of Linux systems (basic level)

- Knowledge of CI/CD or automation concepts is a plus

Education Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (Mandatory)

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills (customer interaction required)

- Ability to work in rotational shifts / PST timings

- Team collaboration and ownership mindset
