Job Summary

Skynats is looking for Cloud & Systems Support Engineers to build, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux, Windows, and cloud server infrastructure. You will support enterprise hosting environments, resolve L1–L3 technical issues, assist customers, and ensure the availability, security, and performance of cloud platforms.

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in Linux Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), DigitalOcean, Server Management, Web Hosting, Cloud Security, Technical Support, and DevOps Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure and server performance.

- Troubleshoot L1, L2, and L3 technical issues.

- Support web hosting platforms and enterprise server environments.

- Perform server health checks and preventive maintenance.

- Diagnose networking, server, and application issues.

- Manage cloud resources and virtual machines.

- Support AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and DigitalOcean environments.

- Assist with server migrations, deployments, and configuration updates.

- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to ensure high system availability.

- Deliver excellent customer and technical support while following operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
