About the Role

We are hiring a SQL & SSIS Developer with 4–5 years of strong hands-on experience in building, managing, and optimizing database solutions and ETL processes. This role requires expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS to ensure high-performance, secure, and reliable data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

Build and manage ETL solutions using SSIS for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Optimize SQL database performance and maintain data integrity across systems.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows & SSIS package failures.

Automate & schedule packages using SQL Server Agent.

Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Support production environments with issue analysis and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–8 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019 or later).

Strong T-SQL development skills.

Expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.

Hands-on experience in performance tuning & query optimization.

Proficiency in debugging ETL workflows and fixing integration issues.

Familiarity with source control (Git/TFS).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
