Job Description

Signant Health is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to support Azure cloud infrastructure, application services, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for professionals interested in Cloud Engineering, Azure Administration, Infrastructure Automation, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and AI-assisted Cloud Operations.

The selected candidate will work closely with development, release, and service delivery teams to maintain highly available cloud environments, automate operational processes, optimize cloud resources, and improve infrastructure reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Deploy and configure Azure cloud infrastructure.

- Manage application servers across multiple environments.

- Automate infrastructure deployment using PowerShell and ARM Templates.

- Monitor cloud environments for performance and availability.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.

- Support production incidents and escalated service requests.
