Job Summary:

SHRO Systems is hiring an experienced System Administrator to manage and secure IT infrastructure for internal operations and client environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server setup, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain on-premise and virtual servers

- Ensure system security through firewalls, patch management, and antivirus protocols

- Handle data backup and disaster recovery planning

- Troubleshoot network issues including LAN/WAN, switches, and connectivity

- Manage Active Directory and access control for users

- Track and document IT assets, licenses, and service logs

- Maintain operating systems and application software for internal users

- Collaborate with the IT support team to provide technical guidance

- Keep up with emerging technologies and best practices in systems administration

Technical Skills Required:

- Server setup and configuration (Windows/Linux)

- Network infrastructure management

- System security and backup tools

- Operating systems and enterprise software maintenance

- Active Directory management

- Knowledge of antivirus tools, VPNs, and remote support software

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator
