- Learn ShipBob’s engineering tools, processes, and codebase

- Improve productivity by learning source control, build systems, testing practices, and automation

- Work on well-defined engineering sub-tasks and deliver quality output

- Build knowledge of at least one major application component

What You Bring

- 0–3 years of software development experience

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong programming skills with an object-oriented mindset

- Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative tech environment

- Experience with:

- SQL

- JSON

- REST APIs

- .NET

- Ability to own small, well-scoped features end-to-end

- Knowledge of OWASP and secure coding practices

- Passion for QA and understanding of shared testing responsibility
