Job Description
Sense is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join its Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, improving production reliability, automating cloud operations, optimizing infrastructure performance, and ensuring highly available production systems.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain production cloud infrastructure and backend services.
- Build scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.
- Automate cloud operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Design and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management systems.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and operational efficiency.
- Maintain production services and ensure maximum uptime.
- Participate in on-call rotations and resolve critical production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Manage AWS cloud resources including EC2, VPC, S3, and related services.
- Maintain Linux production servers and networking infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and operational processes.
- Support distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
