Roles & Responsibilities

- Analyze and understand software requirements and functional specifications

- Design, write, and execute manual test cases

- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management processes

- Assist in automation testing activities under senior QA guidance

- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and system testing

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams

- Learn testing methodologies, tools, and industry-standard QA processes

- Participate in real-time project testing and release cycles

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience

- Completion of Manual & Automation Testing training

- Basic understanding of:

- Software Testing fundamentals

- SDLC & STLC

- Test case creation and execution

- Defect Life Cycle

- Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
