Role Overview – Associate Python Engineer

As an Associate Python Engineer, you will kick-start your career in enterprise and open-source software development. The role begins with a structured 6-month probation and training program, after which you will have the opportunity to transition into a Software Engineer role based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Month 1:

- Learn the Frappe Framework under full guidance.

Months 2–3:

- Contribute to open-source Frappe-based projects and real-world codebases.

Months 4–6:

- Collaborate with senior engineers on client-facing and internal projects.

General Responsibilities:

- Write clean, maintainable Python code

- Explain code logic, architectural choices, security, scalability, and maintainability

- Participate in human-reviewed code sessions

- Work in a team-oriented, collaborative open-source environment

Must-Have Skills

- Strong Python programming fundamentals

- Curiosity to learn frameworks like Frappe/ERPNext

- Willingness to work on open-source projects

- Good problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

- Prior web development experience in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (CSS/JS/React)

- CTC: ₹12 LPA

- Probation (~6 months): ₹25,000/month
