About the Opportunity:

Remotohire is looking for an energetic and proactive Junior Sales Executive to support our IT resource outsourcing model. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to start their journey in B2B sales and client communication within the tech and recruitment sector.

Note: Only candidates with 0–1 year of experience will be considered. Applications from candidates with more than 1 year of experience will not be reviewed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to HR professionals and consultancies via LinkedIn and email

- Understand client job descriptions and assist in profile submissions

- Track and follow up on resume submissions, interviews, and feedback

- Maintain lead and client data using Google Sheets

- Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirement alignment

Candidate Profile – What We're Looking For:

- 0–1 year experience in sales, business development, or client servicing

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Eagerness to learn about IT recruitment and client handling

- Highly self-motivated, responsible, and proactive in follow-ups

- Comfortable using tools like Gmail, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets
