Key Skills Required

- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms

- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, autoscaling, and load balancers

- Experience with Linux and Windows server administration

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python / Bash / Perl)

- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible)

- Understanding of containers (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, ECS)

- Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx) and databases (MySQL)

- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure (public & private cloud)

- Monitor production systems and ensure high availability and performance

- Build tools and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications

- Optimize system performance and improve service reliability

- Troubleshoot incidents and maintain documentation/knowledge base

- Collaborate with development teams on deployments and changes

- Manage system updates, patching, and backups

- Implement automation strategies for infrastructure and deployments

- Handle client communication via ServiceNow

- Work in a 24/7 shift-based environment

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps roles

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset

- Ability to manage distributed systems and production environments

- Good communication and teamwork skills
