About the Role

RealPage is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer I to join its growing Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build expertise in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Computing, CI/CD Automation, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes Administration, Cloud Security, Application Deployment, and Enterprise Platform Operations.

The selected candidate will work closely with Software Engineering, Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Engineering, and Product Development teams to design, automate, deploy, monitor, and optimize mission-critical cloud-native applications and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.

- Automate software deployment, application delivery, infrastructure provisioning, and release management workflows.

- Support enterprise cloud infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and hybrid cloud environments.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and infrastructure automation tools.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Monitor application performance, cloud resources, infrastructure availability, and system reliability.

- Collaborate with software developers to improve deployment speed, release quality, and operational efficiency.

- Assist in implementing DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, security automation, and compliance controls.

- Configure monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management solutions.

- Support cloud networking, DNS management, SSL certificate administration, firewall configurations, and access management.

- Participate in production releases, troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis, and performance optimization initiatives.

- Maintain technical documentation, deployment runbooks, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards.

- Contribute to cloud migration projects, automation frameworks, and platform modernization programs.
