Job Description

Prophecy is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Support Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with AWS cloud services, cloud infrastructure management, deployment automation, and cloud support operations.

This position involves supporting production cloud environments, maintaining highly available infrastructure, resolving cloud incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Manage Amazon EC2 compute resources.

- Configure and administer AWS EBS storage volumes.

- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using AWS ECS.

- Support Kubernetes workloads using Amazon EKS.

- Build and maintain deployment pipelines using AWS CodePipeline.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and availability.

- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues.

- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents.

- Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Development teams.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks.

- Optimize AWS resource utilization and cloud costs.

- Maintain cloud security best practices.
