Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

- Design and implement Amazon Lex chatbots and voice bots.

- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and third-party applications.

- Build conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex.

- Develop Lambda functions for backend business logic.

- Integrate APIs and databases with Amazon Connect workflows.
