Key Responsibilities

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

- Design, deploy, and maintain application infrastructure across multiple environments.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.

- Automate deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational workflows.

- Monitor application availability, performance, and system health.

- Investigate production alerts and identify root causes.

- Manage source code repositories, release pipelines, and engineering tools.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams for smooth deployments.

- Improve deployment reliability through automation and DevOps best practices.

System Administration & IT Operations

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.

- Configure and optimize web servers, database servers, log servers, and virtual machines.

- Perform server backup and restoration activities.

- Manage desktop systems, laptops, networking devices, and peripherals.

- Configure antivirus solutions and endpoint security across enterprise systems.

- Implement server policies and user access controls.

- Configure and manage firewalls, security rules, and traffic monitoring.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, and infrastructure issues.

- Escalate complex technical issues to vendors when required.

- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Experience in DevOps Engineering, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure Support.

- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Administration.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
