Position: Cloud Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot AWS cloud environments remotely

- Support day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure and solutions

- Handle service tickets and customer issues efficiently

- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks

- Collaborate with teams and provide process improvement feedback

- Monitor and resolve production issues and vendor cases

- Support CI/CD-based patching and infrastructure updates

- Ensure security best practices and compliance in cloud systems

Technical Skills Required

Cloud & AWS

- Strong experience with AWS services (VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, ELB, ASG, EFS, EBS, WAF)

Systems & Infrastructure

- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration

- Experience managing cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting issues

DevOps & Automation

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools

Databases

- Knowledge of RDS, Redshift, and other databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Tools & Platforms

- Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy

- Cloud monitoring and logging tools

- DevOps toolchain and automation platforms

---

Eligibility Criteria

- 2+ years of experience in AWS cloud support/engineering

- Experience working in multi-vendor environments

- Willingness to work in 24/7 support environment (US hours)

- Strong English communication skills
