About the Role

PharmEasy is hiring a motivated DevOps Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure and reliability practices. This role will involve working across AWS, Azure, and GCP, managing Kubernetes clusters, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP

- Deploy, upgrade, and maintain Kubernetes clusters with best practices for scaling, security, and availability

- Collaborate with developers to design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Ansible, or Azure DevOps

- Automate deployments and provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack

- Participate in incident response, debugging, and root cause analysis

- Implement cloud security practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards

- Document infrastructure, processes, and deployment procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

- Hands-on exposure to at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, troubleshooting, scaling)

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and networking concepts (VPCs, DNS, Load Balancers)

- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Associate Cloud Engineer)

- Experience with automation and infrastructure monitoring tools

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Knowledge of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices
