Role Overview – Associate SQA Engineer

As an Associate SQA Engineer (Fresher – Software Quality Assurance), you will:

- Be part of the QC (Testing) team ensuring quality of every software release.

- Work on functional testing, automation, and domain-driven QA processes.

- Gain deep knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and Lending domain.

- Collaborate with the automation team to enhance testing efficiency.

- Acquire skills in software product testing, SQL queries, and scripting.

This role is ideal for graduates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for QA and testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual and automation testing of enterprise applications.

- Validate business application functionalities before client releases.

- Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend processes.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure bug-free releases.

- Gain exposure to banking & financial domain (lending systems).

- Contribute to automation frameworks with scripting skills.

- Graduates: B.Tech (2025 batch – No Standing Arrears).

- Branches: Computer Science, ECE, EEE.

- Academics:

- X & XII ≥ 70%

- UG ≥ 7.0 CGPA

- No education gaps allowed.

- Skills Required:

- Basic SQL query writing.

- Basic programming knowledge (any language).

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
