Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure

- Assist in Azure and Oracle Cloud transformation projects

- Configure compute, storage, networking, and security resources

- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues

- Support Windows Server, IIS, DNS, and Active Directory

- Manage MS SQL Server backup, restore, and monitoring tasks

- Build and troubleshoot Docker containers

- Create automation scripts using Shell and PowerShell

- Monitor systems using logs and cloud monitoring tools

- Maintain SOPs and infrastructure documentation
