Job Overview

Oxane Partners is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Night Shift) to join its Technology team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, administer Linux virtual machines, automate infrastructure deployments, develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC), optimize CI/CD pipelines, and maintain highly available production environments.

You will work closely with Cloud Architects, Infrastructure Engineers, Platform Teams, Database Administrators, and Software Developers to automate operations, improve platform reliability, strengthen security, and optimize cloud resources.

This opportunity is ideal for engineers looking to build expertise in Azure Cloud, Terraform, Linux Administration, Infrastructure Automation, DevOps Engineering, Production Support, and Enterprise Cloud Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

- Manage and administer Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.

- Support Linux-based virtual machines hosted on Azure.

- Maintain Microsoft SQL Server across multiple hosting models.

- Configure Azure compute, networking, storage, IAM, DNS, and cloud resources.

- Monitor platform performance, reliability, and availability.

- Identify opportunities for Azure resource optimization and cost reduction.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

- Maintain reusable and version-controlled infrastructure templates.

- Improve deployment consistency through automation.

CI/CD & DevOps Automation

- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and scripting.

- Improve deployment quality and release automation.

- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery best practices.

Production Operations & Reliability

- Maintain service availability targets of 99.9% or higher.

- Monitor production infrastructure and resolve operational issues.

- Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).

- Maintain operational runbooks to reduce Mean Time to Restore (MTTR).

- Participate in backup validation, disaster recovery planning, and recovery testing.

- Improve infrastructure resiliency using automation and monitoring.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Work closely with Cloud Architects, Developers, Infrastructure Teams, and Operations teams.

- Track work using Jira.

- Improve infrastructure quality, deployment standards, and operational excellence.

- Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and technical best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or related field.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.

- Strong Linux administration knowledge.

- Hands-on experience with Terraform.

- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Working knowledge of Azure Portal, Azure CLI, and PowerShell.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
