They are currently hiring a DevOps Intern.

Role Details

Position: DevOps Intern

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Employment Type: Internship (6 Months, Contract-to-Hire)

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Build Infrastructure

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)

- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows

- Manage container images and release versioning

Systems & Linux Administration

- Manage and debug Linux systems (Ubuntu, L4T)

- Work with systemd, supervisord, and process managers

- Troubleshoot system-level issues (networking, resource usage, drivers)

Containers & Orchestration

- Write and maintain Dockerfiles (multi-stage builds)

- Manage Docker Compose deployments

- Exposure to Kubernetes (bonus)

Networking

- Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and networking setups

- Work with TCP/UDP, NAT traversal, and secure connectivity

- Understand robot communication protocols (ROS2, DDS - bonus)

Cloud Infrastructure

- Support AWS / GCP infrastructure (compute, storage, IAM)

- Work with Terraform and Ansible for IaC

- Optimize cloud usage and costs

Monitoring & Observability

- Build monitoring systems using Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana

- Create dashboards for CPU, memory, GPU, and deployment health

- Implement logging and alerting solutions

Scripting & Automation

- Write Python and Bash scripts for automation

- Build internal tools for provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance

Technical Skills Required

Linux & Systems

- Strong understanding of Linux CLI, processes, filesystems, networking

DevOps & CI/CD

- Experience with Git and CI tools (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins)

Containers

- Knowledge of Docker and container management

Networking

- Understanding of TCP vs UDP, DNS, firewalls, SSH, subnets

Cloud

- Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure

Scripting

- Ability to write scripts in Python or Bash

Monitoring

- Familiarity with Prometheus / Grafana

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to ARM / Jetson / embedded Linux systems

- Knowledge of ROS2 or robotics middleware

- Experience with Terraform / Ansible (IaC tools)

- Understanding of multi-arch builds and container registries

- Interest in edge computing and real-time systems
