Your Impact

As an Associate Cloud Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring world-class technical support and cloud services. This role allows you to learn advanced cloud technologies while exercising critical thinking and problem-solving to resolve complex enterprise-level issues.

What the Role Offers

- Act as the primary contact for all customer support inquiries and alerts

- Handle incident management in collaboration with global teams, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence

- Provide technical troubleshooting with a customer-first mindset

- Build strong customer relationships through empathy and clear communication

- Ensure service delivery excellence, measured by customer satisfaction surveys

- Work alongside cross-functional teams as a trusted cloud advocate

What You Need to Succeed

- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in cloud support, infrastructure, or customer success

- Strong troubleshooting & problem-scoping skills

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline

- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends

Technical Expertise (Preferred):

- Linux/Unix (AIX) administration

- Databases: MySQL, SQL, Oracle

- Networking protocols and troubleshooting

- Windows Server administration
