Key Responsibilities

- Manage and improve production reliability for high-scale cloud services

- Build and optimize CI/CD deployment pipelines for secure releases

- Design observability systems across metrics, logs, monitoring, and alerting

- Participate in incident response and infrastructure troubleshooting activities

- Automate deployment workflows, rollback systems, and recovery procedures

- Improve infrastructure resilience and failure-handling mechanisms

- Collaborate with backend, security, and infrastructure engineering teams

- Support scalable cloud-native systems handling large transaction volumes

- Reduce operational overhead through automation engineering

- Improve service availability, alert quality, and infrastructure stability

Required Skills

- Strong Linux administration and cloud infrastructure knowledge

- Experience managing containerized production workloads

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or orchestration platforms

- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD automation systems

- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging platforms

- Understanding of networking, distributed systems, and cloud operations

- Experience handling production incidents and infrastructure troubleshooting

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform

- Strong communication and operational decision-making abilities
