About the Role – Junior Terraform Engineer

We are hiring Junior Terraform Engineers to join our Infrastructure Automation Team in Chennai.

As a Terraform Engineer (Fresher / Graduate Trainee), you will:

- Learn and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts with Terraform.

- Support senior engineers in designing, deploying, and managing cloud resources across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Contribute to Terraform modules and reusable infrastructure patterns.

- Manage Terraform state with proper remote backends and state locking.

- Integrate Terraform into CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Write and maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Ops, Security) to deliver solutions.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and learn debugging practices.

- Apply best practices in security, cost optimization, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Terraform.

- Assist in writing Terraform scripts, modules, and reusable components.

- Implement state management strategies for team workflows.

- Participate in CI/CD automation for infrastructure deployments.

- Support infrastructure documentation, security, and cost optimization.

- Gain exposure to real-world DevOps tools and practices.

Eligibility & Skills

- Degree: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / MCA / Equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.

- Batch: Recent graduates (0–1 Year Experience).

- Must-Have Skills:

- Basic cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with Terraform concepts.

- Basic scripting (Bash, Python).

- Git / version control basics.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving mindset.

- Willingness to learn DevOps practices.

- Effective communication and teamwork.
