Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Associate Cloud Operations Engineer who is passionate about cloud technologies, infrastructure operations, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. You will work alongside experienced cloud engineers to ensure high availability, security, scalability, and reliability of cloud-hosted applications and services.

This role provides hands-on exposure to modern cloud platforms, production infrastructure, monitoring tools, automation practices, and incident management while helping customers operate business-critical systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor cloud infrastructure and production environments to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, applications, networking, and system-related issues.

- Support cloud-hosted services running across highly available production environments.

- Investigate alerts, incidents, and performance issues while ensuring timely resolution.

- Work with engineering teams to improve cloud platform stability and operational efficiency.

- Assist in infrastructure deployment, configuration, and cloud environment management.

- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.

- Monitor logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts using observability platforms.

- Support cloud security best practices including IAM, access control, and infrastructure security.

- Automate operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure automation tools.

- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, QA, Platform Engineering, and Security teams.
