Job Summary

Neurealm is seeking an experienced Jr. DevOps Engineer to support enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, Azure DevOps automation, Kubernetes environments, cloud security initiatives, and platform modernization programs.

This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical cloud-native applications, enterprise DevOps platforms, infrastructure automation frameworks, AI-powered software delivery pipelines, cloud security controls, and large-scale digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps Services, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps workflows, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps practices, cloud monitoring, and enterprise deployment automation.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline Engineering

- Design and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.

- Automate application builds, testing, deployments, rollback procedures, and release management.

- Implement GitOps workflows and deployment automation best practices.

- Improve software delivery lifecycle efficiency through automation and standardization.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

- Manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and cloud-native services.

- Configure and maintain Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, and Azure Storage.

- Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Containerization & Kubernetes

- Deploy and manage Docker containerized applications.

- Administer Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.

- Manage Azure Container Registry (ACR).

- Support microservices deployment strategies and container orchestration.

DevSecOps & Security Engineering

- Implement DevSecOps best practices across development and deployment pipelines.

- Configure SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container image scanning, and security automation.

- Manage secrets using Azure Key Vault.

- Enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

- Support compliance, governance, vulnerability management, and cloud security initiatives.

Monitoring & Observability

- Configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

- Implement centralized logging, distributed tracing, metrics collection, and alerting systems.

- Monitor infrastructure health, application availability, performance, and reliability.

- Maintain operational excellence and support 99.99% uptime objectives.

Automation & Infrastructure as Code

- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.

- Automate provisioning, deployments, monitoring, backup, and recovery workflows.

- Improve operational efficiency through cloud automation frameworks.

Incident Management

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA).

- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.

- Resolve deployment failures and performance bottlenecks.

- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
