Role Overview – SW Engineer I

As an SW Engineer I, you will play a critical role in designing, testing, and deploying software solutions that enhance financial services and self-service banking technology. This is an entry-level opportunity to build a career in software engineering, cloud computing, and financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in software development and testing life cycle (SDLC)

- Assist in building and maintaining financial software systems

- Collaborate with global teams to enhance operational efficiency

- Execute test cases, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions

- Contribute to continuous improvement of software processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming

- Familiarity with software testing, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team-oriented, Agile environments

Preferred Skills
