What You'll Do

- Work with platform and feature teams to design, build, and configure DevOps tools and automated pipelines

- Enable highly reliable, automated delivery from development to production

- Build DevOps capabilities and promote engineering culture across teams

- Coach and mentor development teams to improve DevOps maturity and CI/CD adoption

- Support implementation and setup of DevOps methodologies, patterns, and tooling

- Establish trusted pipelines using automation, monitoring, and performance insights

Skills You'll Need

- Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and modern software engineering

- Experience with CI tools, source code management, deployment systems, and configuration tools

- Python automation scripting experience

- Experience deploying microservices or micro-frontends on PCF

- Hands-on use of observability tools such as Splunk, DX Suite, Grafana, or Prometheus

- Experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, Python, and ReactJS

- Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern development workflows
